One Bedroom Ocean
Ground floor, studio, 450 sq. ft. condominium with large patio overlooking the ocean. Includes a jacuzzi, cable TV, gas fireplace, bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. Sleep 2 people. This unit can be rented separate or together with 310 to make a Two Bedroom Oceanfront Deluxe Condominium with two bathrooms.
Ocean Studio w/ Soaker Tub
Ground floor, studio, 450 sq. ft. condominium with large patio overlooking the ocean. Includes a kitchenette, cable TV, gas fireplace, bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. Sleep 2 people. This unit can be rented separate or together with 320 to make a Two Bedroom Oceanfront Deluxe Condominium with two bathrooms.

and the condition of the unit at departure must meet our check out guidelines to qualify
Seasonal Rentals
Ocean Sands Resort offers monthly and seasonal rentals of both one and two bedroom oceanfront or poolside condominium units from Labour Day weekend until mid-June. These spacious units are perfect for escaping the cold prairie winters!! Curl up with a glass of your favourite wine beside the gas fireplace and watch the lights of the cruise ships pass by. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on your balcony looking across the ocean at the beautiful Sunshine Coast Mountains while watching the abundance of wildlife. Mount Washington Ski Resort is only an hour drive. Oh, and for you golfers, the courses here are open year-round!
