PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
| Unlike other vacation property management services, Ocean Sands
Resort is not a rental pool. It is an individual agreement between
Ocean Sands Resort and the unit owner. This means that a unit
owner knows exactly how much money they will receive every time their
unit is rented. Ocean Sands Resort must then manage their expenses
within the agreed upon commission from the rental. Ocean
Sands Resort provides all advertising and marketing; an on-site
office/gift shop; bookings and payment collection; access to amenities
owned by the management centre including the heated outdoor swimming
pool, indoor hot tub and sauna; property protection and security,
cleaning services as well as providing all linens and consumables
required for rentals from their commission. |
