Thirty days notice is required for cancellations during the peak and summer seasons as well as for monthly and seasonal rentals.  72 hours notice is required for cancellations of daily and weekly rentals in the shoulder and value seasons.

For cancellations made within the required notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 administration fee.  For cancellations made with less than the required notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
